Presentation
Chief complaint. " I don't like all the gaps and I want to close them."
Diagnosis. Class I molars with Class II canines, congenitally missing #7 and #10, moderate maxillary spacing, mild mandibular crowding, moderate overbite, and normal overjet.

Treatment
Objectives. Level and align both arches, establish Class I canine and molar relationships, coordinate the midlines, upright the roots, and create adequate space for future implants. Maintain root position and preserve implant spaces with a retainer until the patient is ready for implant placement.
Plan. Use braces to align the arches and open implant spaces, then place a fixed U3–3 retainer with pontics replacing the missing U2s.

Outcome
Achieved Class I molar and canine relationships, ideal overjet and overbite, upright roots, and adequate implant space maintained with a bonded retainer.

- Invisalign Vivera retainers to be worn at night
